Sarah Kashani has worked in the restaurant business for 23 years, in both back and front of the house positions.
She graduated from the Culinary Program at The Art Institute of Vancouver in 2009 with a focus on
world cuisine, wine and pastries.
Sarah worked for a local catering company for several years.
During that time she met several young local artists who currently
collaborate with her on various aspects of Invitro.
Invitro itself reflects some of Sarah’s qualities
– sophisticated, edgy, and relaxed.
